"Kevin from Action Electric was instructed by his manager to replace the motor. However, after
inspection and conversation with me, the client, he realized that the rattle and clinking noise
complaint reported to his manager by client was not a motor problem. The problem was coming
from the turbine vent next to fan. He replaced the missing/worn bushing and bearing. Kevin also
cleaned the dirt off the fan blades to help with vibration. We appreciated the thoroughness and
honest service. The rattle and clinking noise has been fixed.
We would definitely use Action Electric again."
